Welcome to Blackrose Housing Emporium. My name is Tril and ever since I was a little kid I've dreamed of being an interior decorator. Over my many years of housing design in FFXIV I have not only grown in my passion, but have learned a fair few tricks to create elaborate and interactive homes for the clients I have had.I am not a huge fan of the tightly packed, hard to navigate designs that I've seen. Not that they aren't beautiful, but being a heavy roleplayer, I tend to create spaces for people to use within their day to day stories.I have a wide array of examples of my previous works in my gallery and on my YouTube page, but do not let that discourage you from asking for something you don't see. I love a new challenge!While my prices do seem steep to some, I usually turn over my commissions within a few days without any major hassle given to my clients. All I need is an idea, a budget, and free reign to turn your dreams into (digital) reality.I work on all Crystal servers, but may consider travelling throughout the NA Data Centers once that becomes viable.Please check out my works and see if my talents could fit your needs!
Prices
Small plot - 25 mil
Medium plot - 50 mil
Large plot - 75 milAll of my prices include the garden if wished. Will do private houses and FCs. All of the more expensive dyes or furnishings will need to be negotiated.My turnaround for small and medium plots usually is within a week. Larges are about a week and a half. It can be much faster depending on my health and time. (barring RL interruptions)I do not accept RMT, and my prices are non negotiable.
